Strategic Partnership Between Bedayti and the Faculty of Technology and Development at Zagazig University to Train Students and Prepare Graduates for the Labor Market

As part of Bedayti Microfinance’s commitment to supporting youth and strengthening its role in community development, the company signed a joint cooperation protocol with the Faculty of Technology and Development at Zagazig University on Wednesday, July 8. The partnership aims to provide students with practical training opportunities and equip graduates with the skills and capabilities required by the labor market. The protocol was signed by Mr. Mohamed Mashhour, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Bedayti, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Rmeih, Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Development, in the presence of senior representatives from both Bedayti and the Faculty, as well as members of the academic staff. Representing Bedayti at the signing ceremony were Ms. Noha Samir, Head of Human Resources, and Dr. Ehab El Shaib, Organizational Development Director. The signing of the protocol was also made possible through the pivotal efforts and continuous follow-up of Prof. Dr. Gehan Al-Omiri, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. The cooperation aims to: • Provide students with practical and field training opportunities across Bedayti’s various departments and operations. • Develop joint programs to prepare graduates and enhance their skills in line with labor market requirements. • Promote a culture of self-employment and entrepreneurship among students and graduates. • Support applied research and community initiatives related to microfinance and sustainable development. • Strengthen institutional networking and communication with financial institutions and other relevant organizations.
