Agriculture Activities

This funding seeks to provide financing solutions to individuals in the agriculture sector and rural individuals in particular. In order to drive development in rural Egypt and removing obstacles and problems that prevent its economic empowerment.

Livestock trade (except domesticated)

This funding is designed to finance livestock traders in rural areas; this funding could help traders to finance the purchase of new livestock and ensure access to products to keep the livestock safe and healthy.

  • Financing Range: 10,000 to 292,000 EGP.
  • Categories: Livestock traders (except domesticated).
  • Terms and conditions:
    • The applicant must be an Egyptian national.
    • The applicant must be between the ages of 21 and 65 years.
    • The applicant must be the owner of an existing project for no less than 10 months.
  • Documents required:
    • A valid national ID card.
    • A recent utility bill (not exceeding 3 months) for the business and residence
    • A copy of the ownership/rental contract applicant’s project.




Greenhouse Financing

This funding is designed for greenhouse owners to provide them with funds to cover the costs of servicing all gardening and cultivation of field crops such as fruits, vegetables, medicinal and aromatic plants, etc.

  • Financing Range: 10,000 to 25,000 EGP Per Greenhouse (max 292,000).
  • Categories: Greenhouse farmers.
  • Terms and conditions:
    • The applicant must be an Egyptian national.
    • The applicant must be between the ages of 21 and 65 years.
    • The applicant must be the owner of an existing project for no less than 10 months.
    • The greenhouse has to be already existing and has been previously cultivated.
    • The applicant must possess the agriculture land tenure, where the greenhouse is located, whether by rent or ownership.
  • Documents required:
    • A valid national ID card.
    • A recent utility bill (not exceeding 3 months) for the business and residence
    • A copy of the rental or ownership contract of the client's residence.
    • A copy of the rental or ownership contract of the agriculture land.
    • A copy of agriculture land tenure.

 

 

 

Seasonal Financing

This financing is designed to target owners of seasonal activities, with the aim of covering operating costs associated with different business cycles.

  • Financing Range: 50,000 to 292,000 EGP.
  • Loan Tenor: From 6 to 12 months
  • Repayment Frequency: Every 3 months
  • Segments: Agricultural landowners
  • Terms and conditions:
    • The applicant must be an Egyptian national.
    • The applicant must be between the ages of 21 and 65 years.
    • The applicant must be the owner of an existing project for no less than one year
    • The activity must be seasonal in nature
    • The client must not have a loan for the same activity at the same time.
  • Documents required:
    • A valid national ID card.
    • A possession contract or a document proving the activity
    • A copy of the activity lease contract (if applicable)
    • A recent utility bill (not exceeding 3 months) for the business and residence
    • A copy of the commercial register and tax card (for financing above EGP 100,000 upon request)
